The Recruitment Team
We have a whole community of people here to help through the process of recruitment! The Executive Council plans and executes primary recruitment in the fall, working with each of our four sororities to make sure that each potential new member (PNM) has the best experience possible. We also have Rho Gammas (recruitment counselors) to serve as a confidant and sounding board as PNMs search for an organization that meets their needs and matches their values.
